The location is great and the parking is good. But I absolutely recommend running away from this place unless you really know landlord tenant law. These landlords repair nothing, but say they do- but only come when the place is deserted, which they know
because they live upstairs. If you complain to much they say they'll charge you for the repairs. The bathroom sink flooded 3 days after I moved in (which they knew about, but never informed me until afterwards)but I couldn't break the lease because it was somehow classified as a minor livability issue. I even asked a lawyer after the 2nd time it did the same thing and I had to bail dirty kitchen water from upstairs 2 other times. But since they didn't actually charge me for a plumber I couldn't break the lease. Then when me and my roommate's lease was up we never got our deposit back or even a trumped up reason why they kept it.
I rented from summer 2014 through summer 2015.
