I lived in a four person, so the rent was about $40 more. I thought it was worth it because the the bedroom is really big when there are just two of you in there. Location is absolutely perfect. I rented from fall '07 through winter '08.

Social life is good, if you are more social than me. The best part is the location, rent is nice and cheap. The management is good because they actually fix things. I rented from spring '08 through fall '08.
