New management of this place has really turned it downhill. Apartments have gone up in rent and are overpriced for what you get, the only way we agreed to extend our lease was if they kept our rent the same. The apartments are pretty run-down unless you're lucky enough to get new carpet and paint. Don't expect much storage in a 1 bedroom, definitely hard for 2 people. Pet deposits are rediculous and the new manager is lazy doesn't respond to any complaints. There is one designated parking spot for each apartment, and 2 overflow lots that are pretty cramped. This place sucks. The only nice thing they offer is air conditioning which doesn't even work well, game day traffic is a pain to deal with, and no summer rates on rent.
