I love the staff here, the grounds are decent but I think a lot could be improved. If you are looking for a place during Covid one mistake we made was that you are paying to live in a place with amenities you can't really use like the gym, rooftop, and common spaces except for the courtyard. The courtyard is nice and safely tucked away from our bad neighborhood but the seating is all terribly awkward and uncomfortable. A big plus is that there is a new food cart pod a block down now. It is a very industrial neighborhood off the highway so lots of air pollution and some crazy people on the street at times. We have had a couple break-ins to the building since we've been here but they were mostly stealing packages and didn't ever go into apartments. Easy commute if needed. ...
