I lived at Oak Vale for almost a year now, and it's wonderful in every way. The wooded environment is peaceful and gorgeous. Has a green space with walking and running walk ways through the woods. The club house is newly renovated and is so nice. I have a two bedroom/1 bath apartment and the kitchen has nice granite counter tops and the apartment is nice and insulated and is spacious with high ceilings. Don't get me started on how nice and efficient management is. Over all definitely recommend this apartment complex! ...

Up on a high hill, 2 miles from campus. Really inconvenient to walk/bike to campus, but even harder to park ON campus. Not recommended if you like to go out to parties and bars on the weekends, it's just too far away from other college students. I rented from fall '09 through winter 10. ...
