This place is a great place to live. The landlord is a great lady who will always take car of her tenants. She rules with a firm hand and there are a few rules, but the gist of it is RESPECT, respect everyone else who lives here. Friendly people all around, and very rare to here noise complaint as the building hides it well:) The building is secured with key card access and there is laundry on every floor. Close to campus and within minutes of everywhere in town. Quiet newer building and kept very nice. Each place is spacious and well equipped. Parking on sight, including parking garage and extra on the street. Never gone far for a spot. During a recent disaster(flooding on several floors) the manager handled everything within hours and everything is back to normal in just over 24 hours(no cost to us). Highly recommend applying early(4-5 months MINIMUM). Plan on staying here till I graduate. ...
