If I could give this place zero stars I would. Literally the worst place ever and I’m not exaggerating. I was placed with a guy when I chose to have a random roommate. So if you don’t have anyone to room with and you’re planning on living here. Just know that they can place you with the opposite gender without informing you before hand. Also there was a fire on the roof recently and water has been leaking through the ceiling and smoke detectors. Water went into my electrical box and I had to be removed from my apartment for 1/3 of a month. They moved me into a model unit in a completely different building (run down) with no running water and no refrigerator. Then when I asked for compensation or a rent discount bc I wasn’t there for 1/3 of the month they only have me $100 out of the 1,200 rent. I thought everything would be better after leaving the model unit and returning to 300 grand. They didn’t fix anything. I be attached some pictures that I took TODAY of my apartment. The hallway also has water damage and smells like straight mold it’s gross asf. Yesterday I heard water leaking from my smoke detector AGAIN. The management is literally the worst part. They do not care about anything and will not help you at all. Oh yeah I forgot to mention I have NO HOT WATER right now. I can’t even take a shower without freezing to death and I put in a maintenance request days ago. DO NOT LIVE HERE YOU WILL THANK ME LATER. ps. There is no security, homeless men break in all the time and live in the parking garage. So watch out for them if you planning on living here. There are some aggressive homeless men. ...
