Pros: Great maintenance staff. Great location. Nice dog walking track behind the apartments. Bus route. Pool. Grills (must supply own propane). Parking. Decent size rooms. Cons: Outdated appliances. Pest issues(especially after remolding. Terrible office staff. The ledger for book keeping is complete shit. Overprice utilities, trash fee. Out of date cables ran into apartments for internet. Trash compactor is a shit show. Corporate office is rude as can be. Mold issues, and leaks into downstairs apartments. AC issues. Electric bills are rather high(that's a GRU issues though). Water mains break all the time. Prices are jumping up drastically. I rented from winter 2018 through summer 2019. ...

The landlords at this establishment are not friendly in the least bit. It always feels like a business transaction when talking with them. When it comes to maintenance, be prepared to call numerous times to even get someone to come out to your apartment. Also, don't expect your security deposit back. Then, when you ask why, be prepared for the cold shoulder. Not a good place at all! I rented from fall '07 through summer '08. ...
