Fine apartments, but terrible Covid practices. Nobody who works here wears masks. They just notified all residents that we have to vacate for 7-10 days in January 2021 (no vaccine yet) so they can remodel. Terrible management. I rented from summer 2019 through fall 2020. ...

I don't know anyone who is glad that they moved in here. It's your typical badly run apartment complex (5 calls to get something fixed, noisy neighbors in most buildings, dogs barking all day and night...).

I enjoy living here. It's a nice area, and for the most part quiet. A few students, and a lot of families live here (so you do hear kids playing/moms yelling during the afternoon hours). Floor plans are great with lots of room, and the porches are huge. Staff is usually nice, and maintenence is hit and miss, as it took over four trips to fix a toilet that wouldn't stop running, and caused our water bill to soar through the roof. Couple of cons from this place: Building is old, I believe around 15 years old, so I've noticed my utilities here have been a bit high. Other bad things, that you may or may not be told up front: renters insurance is required. If you do not have it, they add like $10/month to your rent. This fee covers absolutely nothing. It is nothing more then a way for them to make more money, as they accept no liability for any damages/theft, yet you are still paying money. They are unable to explain this to me. Also, they claim to have a 'deal' with comcast, to offer residents cheaper service. They include the TV in the rent. I think the overall savings is less than $5, yet you are NOT allowed to get the basic service, you have to stick with the regular. You are able to, convienetly, upgrade services, however. Pros are as mentioned above. $1059 for a nice sized three bedroom, two bath isn't that bad, considering these aren't slums. Appliances are fairly new, as I said before the porch is nice, as is the fireplace. I feel safe around here, even though there are some crappier apartments close by. That crowd seems to stay away from here. I rented from summer '07 through fall '08. ...
